@InfiniteVerve If you use the command-line version to disable a pack, the game may "report" it's downloading, but its not. It can't while it's disabled. It's a faulty report. Just use the command-line option. It'll work.
@Psychotps I don't want to go online - because it forces you to get the latest patch (or not be able to play), way too many game for many players to risk messing up their (more stable than currently) game that we payed hundreds for - game-breaking bugs, and the team just straight up don't fix them. That's why I was looking for code editing options (wondering who had found it, and could help).
- @InfiniteVerve I don't understand. What does the command-line parameter have to do with being on-line? You can take origin off-line and still use command-line parameters... Works just fine. You just can't use things like the gallery.
- @Psychotps I tried that and Origin wont let me access game properties offline.
- @InfiniteVerve Look like you're right about that. I changed it before I went off-line. It will keep the setting though. If you go on-line, change the setting, and then go off-line, the parameter will stay put.
If you turn off automatic game updates beforehand, it shouldn't update automatically before you can turn the parameter off and go back off-line.
Never tried it though.
