@InfiniteVerve Look like you're right about that. I changed it before I went off-line. It will keep the setting though. If you go on-line, change the setting, and then go off-line, the parameter will stay put.
If you turn off automatic game updates beforehand, it shouldn't update automatically before you can turn the parameter off and go back off-line.

@Psychotps I tried it last time, and got a patch I didn't want. When I went online (and then shut it off asap) Origin wouldn't let me play my game until I patched- and I got a patch I didn't want... Which is why I wanted to know what file to edit (so I could do it offline).

Try putting it on a shortcut. If you don't already have one, create a shortcut on your desktop to:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin\TS4_x64.exe"(Or wherever your sims game is located)
Then add the disable parameter at the end. (10 is snowy escapes)
-disablepacks:EP10
So, it'd look like this in the Target box: (quotes and all)
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin\TS4_x64.exe" -disablepacks:EP10- @Psychotps I apologize but, are you being humorous, or serious about this? The editing would need to be within one of the core files (to my understanding). Is this something (what you suggested) that you've done, and it worked? I'm shocked if it did.
@InfiniteVerveSure it did. It's a "Command-line parameter", remember? Command-line parameters are to be used on... you know... "COMMAND-LINES"?
