Endless loading

hello! i ran into such a problem that after logging in to save/clicking on the family home, an endless download begins. i have a lot of mods and cc. i tried to remove conflicting/etc mods using a special application, change the version from DX9 to DX11. i also updated all the mods and deleted gshade but nothing changed. can somebody help me? :(
