Male Sims are invisible

every time I load my game my male sims are invisible , I have took all my mods out of my game and they are still invisible . I need help

    AlwaysMarie285​ Please try this as test -- don't skip any steps even if you did some before -- to help start narrowing the issue down:

    1. Rename the Mods folder
    2. Delete the file called localthumbcache
    3. Run a Game Repair
    4. Start the game
    5. Select NEW to test in a new save. Let me know the result of that.
    6. If that worked, also select LOAD to load your previous save. Let me know the result of that.

    I also have this problem where my male sims are invisible and for some reason the npc sims become invisible as well. Male or female
