Yes, I noticed that was a common problem. They are not siblings, but it seems after this latest update they are no longer able to perform romance acts other than massages. If they are related, they would be ancestors to each other. It seems like other people have run into the same problem too after this latest update so hopefully they will patch it. Thank you for the suggestion!
there's several issues and some have been going in for a while now. Currently it's a bit hard to distinguish what's what :D
