Error Code 0 and can't go in CAS

I got "Error Code 0" when I tried to save and I can't go into Create a Sim. All of my mods are working and I just cleared out a bunch I'm not using, so this is most likely a problem on EA's end. Hopefully they'll be able to fix it ASAP, since I think this is how you report bug problems.

It ended up being in part due to some out of date files I forgot I had. But now I can't switch between households by going to 'edit world > choose a different household", so I'm doing it in-game and it's working fine

    both of those were fixed, but the save file broke do to some outdated mods and the update, so i have to redo 'project helluva save' later, but i still have the households in my library

    i'm just gonna play with only mccc until aver the grim reaper event

    @femtransfan Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.

    There is a known issue for CAS not loading that's mod related so please test without them. Even updated mods can have bugs and problems or you could have conflicting mods.

    i just updated the game,gonna see if it works, but if it doesn't i'll do what you said

    @femtransfan They have the extension tmp if you look at your saves folder.

    If you're unsure, please post a screenshot of the content of your saves folder.

    there's no tmp files, but i'm just not going to have sims go into cas for a bit
