Error Code 403:8e5010b7:ea132105 (Game not saving)

My game has been crashing quite regularly, when opening, when trying to save and most recently it's come up with this error code when trying to save. I'm losing a lot of progress when this happens. I...

    does a new save game also crash on you ? 

    That save might be corrupted which it was crashing in the first place.

    Your DxDiag doesnt' give any indication to what could be an issue.

      I have created a new save file and reinstalled and repaired. It is still having the same problem.
