Error code when starting game

I need help urgently! My game won't load without this error message popping up 110:8335b13c:9a47e6a8 !!! I've reached out to chat support with no help. I've removed all mods, uninstalled game, re installed, and even repaired my game. I've did the "app recovery" and everything. My game is really broken and I have idea how to fix it.

    @lauraunchy Could you try the following (with no mods/cc)

    1. Try loading into the lot
    2. Get error
    3. Try loading lot again.
