Re: Sims 4 - Game License Invalid

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to play The Sims 4 through the EA App, but I keep getting the "Game License Invalid" error. I’ve already followed several troubleshooting steps, but the game still won’t launch:

1. Cleared EA App cache → cleared successfully, but launch still failed
2. Updated EA App to the latest version → update successful, but launch still failed
3. Adjusted UAC to level 2 → applied successfully, but launch still failed
4. Allowed security access on The Sims 4 folder → applied successfully, but launch still failed
5. Reinstalled the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable → reinstalled successfully, but launch still failed
6. Moved Electronic Arts folder from Documents to Desktop → moved successfully, but launch still failed

At this point, I’m wondering if the issue might be related to my account not being eligible to play The Sims 4. I’ve been trying to fix this for weeks, but none of the steps have worked on my account.

Could anyone from the community please help me figure this out? Any advice or suggestions would mean a lot.
