Issue purchasing in the EA app

i am trying to purchase BF2042 elite edition using the EA app during the sale and i cannot because an error appears for my card needs to be verified even though my card works fine on platforms like epic and steam and i cannot use other payment method such as paypal because the other of using it is not there i dont know what to do
