Something odd just now happened in my game. One of the twins was in the highchair and his father gave him a bowl of chips to eat. Well, his mother is busy making dinner, so I scooted the bowl of chip...
If the toddler resets while in the high chair, they end up standing next to it.
If you move an object a sim is interacting with, that sim resets.
Therefore, by stealing the poor boy's chips, you gave him the superpower to escape his highchair (probably plotting to get his chips back). 😄
