Even after update yesterday, Grim Rewards still not working

I've updated my game. I've also repaired my game but I cannot continue with grim rewards. I have the icon in the top left of the little grim reaper guy, however when I click on it, I  only get sent to the rewards screen and am not shown any objectives. I've also tried deleting the 'online thumbnail cache' folder as I've seen that helped some people online, but that has not worked for me.

I've also tried creating an game and that didn't work. The only other idea I have is to uninstall and reinstall but I'm hesitant to do so because after the update on 9/18/2024 I was having a whole other issue of not being able to open my game.

I have no mods currently and haven't had any since I reinstalled from the last update.
