If the wedding event is still occurring in your save game, try seeing if it may end after 24 hours has passed.
To test if mods/cc may be causing the issue, if you use mods/cc, try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issues remain without mods/cc there when you have a wedding.
