Fabulously Filthy Sim Keeps Cleaning

Hello, 

I have a Sim with the Fabulously Filthy Aspiration. The Sim is Lazy, a Freegan, Home Turf, and Reduce/Recycle traits. The Sim keeps cleaning for some reason. She keeps washing her hands, mopping, etc. Without me asking. She's showering autonomously.

Is this normal???

I have most packs, and I've tried playing without my mods, and with. Nothing is working to stop her from cleaning.
