When I open the game, I hit load game, it goes to the map, but when i click a household, it will go to the loading screen and then the game will stop, crash and close out. I restarted my laptop 4 times, and I repaired it several times. I have a good connection, but I don't know what else to do.
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
