Family is grayed out and unplayable

I'm having the same issue every time I leave the lot, load a save, or reload. I can load the lot, but all sims are greyed out with no option of calling them home, just Care for Self. I have to use MC Command to summon my own sim home to the visible lot. I traveled to another lot and saved. I loaded the game and I was greyed out at the lot I was visiting, also needing to summon myself so I could go home. I tried to add more people to the household to see if it would help. Now everyone is greyed out. I just cleared all cache, etc and reloaded my game. This is what it looks like. Help?
Did you try move the family out and back in ?
