Do you only have issues on objects ? Not 100% sure what options should be there on vanilla game. Most are probably allcheat or mccc ones where you need to install the mod.
Delete Objects is def not an option without all mods.

No, the options don't show up for the sims either. I'm missing options like the compete collections (there's more but I know for sure this is one!) A few days ago the menu popped up while i was in game and worked until I saved and exited, when I opened it again, it stopped working! I thought it might be a broken mod, but I just took out everything and it's still not popping up!
These are the debug menu options showing on a vanilla game
For everything else you will need allcheats or MCCC
If the menu is not popping up at all, do you get non or the one as if you didn't enter testing cheats ?
