Community Admin@charleemae1 Hey, Babyhuenchen's post is accurate, The Sims 4 won't run on a Chromebook, you'd need a Windows or Mac PC.
If you're interested in refunds, you can find information on the policy here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/what-s-the-great-games-guarantee/
So you would be able to put through a refund, but in any case if you only have a Chromebook the game won't run.

As I wrote you can NOT install Windows on a Chromebook.
