I recently had a chat with EA Help about the following issue. The person who helped me told me the case would be reported and that I could also report it as a bug to do my part and get quick help (even though it's not actually a bug).
Here's the problem: I have played the Sims 4 on PS4 since 2015 and have bought nearly every expansion, game and accessory pack there is. Now my PS4 is slowing down, crashing a lot and I'm not sure how long I'll be able to use it, so I decided to make the switch to playing the Sims 4 on Mac using the Origin platform.
I have installed the base game on my Mac using the same EA account I used on my PS4, but sadly I discovered that none of my purchases were transferred. I looked this up and apparently EA made the choice not to do this, meaning that I'm supposed to buy everything I already bought AGAIN in order to be able to play the game I've played and enjoyed the past years. Obviously I'm not doing that since EA already got my money for the exact same products on the exact same account. I hope this is something the team will take seriously, because I'm not buying anything from EA anymore until this issue is dealt with.
