Fear of the Dark constantly

This is NOT a fix. I experienced this bug for the first time yesterday (9July2025) with a fully updated game and even after the update today it is still happening. I started a new save file, no mods, put in a sim I have made that I use to start most of my gameplay, and after getting the Fear of the Dark and taking the Fear-Be-Gone potion she still gets this fear moodlet constantly, even while outside on a bright sunny day. Without mods, I cannot get rid of this moodlet and my sim resets herself constantly to freak out about the darkness instead of completing her tasks.
