Features from Life and Death EP not showing

Hi,

not sure if this is something asked prior or mentioned however i can't seem to access/add/create to my will.

I've had the life and death pack since release however not used too often but im trying to add heirlooms to add to my will, however when I click the computer > household, there isn't any option for a will as seen prior, i have tried to call an inheritance lawyer to my lot and no one appears, granted i haven't gone to ravenwood yet however i can't see to find anyone else with this issue or how to rectify it. I do have mods installed but I am unsure what would cause this feature to not appear?

If i click on certain objects the heirloom feature does appear I just can't create any sort of will. Any help would be much appreciated thank you
