Same thing has happened to me too twice now. I saved up $3000 Simoleons to buy fertility potions that allow twins or triplets to be born, but when I bought the potion, there was nothing in my inventory or in the household inventory. Made me mad because it takes a lot to get to $3000 twice. Lost 6000 Simoleons now.

@lkc916 I split your post as the thread you posted in was from 2015.Any mods/cc in your game ? There's a current issue with rewards but I'm not aware that potions aren't showing in the inventory.

I would recommend using the On Ley Line lot trait instead of the Fertile reward trait, because lot traits are free and easily removed
