Re: [EBN] Constant Kitchen Fire because of bad Luck

Hey all! So I need some help with a gameplay issue I've been having.

Fires are starting like crazy, it's been happening for a week or two now. The fires will start mainly at the oven or the grill- I have caught the toilet on fire a few times as well, and it's always the same toilet as I have several. My oven is from Life & Death so it is a higher quality, better oven. Both my Sims have the highest baking, cooking, and gourmet cooking skills. But it's basically EVERYTIME they cook they are setting themselves and the oven on fire. The particular family I'm playing has several Spellcasters, but I watch them as they cook and it's not the Inferniate spell- they're literally just trying to cook a meal. I also thought it was the new gnome lure ailment from Enchanted by Nature but there are no gnomes anywhere on the lot and the Sim doesn't show any ailment. So I'm at a loss. It is making the game basically unplayable because they're starting a fire every Sim day, multiple times. I do have every expansion, game pack, stuff pack, and kit. 

Is there any fix to this? Thanks in advance!
