Fishing spot at Hermit's House doesn't work
I've seen a few topics with this problem and never any solutions. I cannot click on the fishing sign at all. It and the beach around it counted as inaccessible terrain, as in they have the red cancel...

Fix the game in Origin and check if this sign started working properly.
Origin/ My games library - right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
