IMO the LOT overall should have a BASE set of traits. I'm not sure why each individual unit can have its own possibility of having a Natural Well & Geothermics etc. IMO it could be more like STORIE...

Each unit has it own unit traits and challenges so that no matter what unit you choose to play in you can have those you like.
The pools in the shared spaces on different levels. What traits does it use for those?
My understanding is that the shared space will reflect the lot traits/challenges of whichever unit is currently active.
@PipMenace @jpkarlsen Ah, that makes sense. I'd still like to be able to set the overall lot traits that would apply to the shared space. Having the ability to set them once for all units, with the option to change them separately if desired, would also be nice. :-)
