For Rent BASE Lot Trait 'DEFAULT'
IMO the LOT overall should have a BASE set of traits. I'm not sure why each individual unit can have its own possibility of having a Natural Well & Geothermics etc. IMO it could be more like STORIE...

@ttuthill Hi! You raise a valid point and I agree. There doesn't appear to be any way to set traits for the shared spaces. We should be able to set the overall lot traits. I'd like it if the lot traits then convey to the individual units as well but with the option to change traits for specific units.
Additionally, it would be nice if traits that were set for a Residential lot type would convey when switching to the Residential Rental lot type. I'm sure I'm not the only one building Residential lots first then converting them to Rental lots. Thanks for sharing!
