For Rent has broken Restaurants and Retails

I have just discovered that I cannot run any venture in my game like restaurants and retails

because For Rent has added new type of venture in that tab I think it has broken all functionality of previous types of businesses

My sims can buy restaurant or retail but when they arrive to newly purchased venture it says in that tab that they do not have any own lot of that type

game cannot see that they OWN it

I click again and they can spend money for buying the same lot over and over again because it's not owned technically just visually

the same about retail ventures

the problem with my savefile because I have started new fresh game and put back my save with no mod (Empty folder) and no cache - the same!
I have found my old save of Dec.6th when I just installed For-Rent DLC and did non modify or build anything (no rental lots yet at all) and even with full mods folder that I have my sim was able to buy  and run restaurant perfectly

I have seen today a video on youtube that For-Rent breaks save-files to I have to report that my savefile is broken this way

    Hi @Ilya_Gusev2 Thanks for testing without Mods first, as there can be multiple causes of this error. I'd suggest heading to Bug Reports and filling in the form there. Include the info about having tested withotu the Mods folder.
