@crinrict I have a few mods. I did remove a few but ultimately I had to delete the save and start a new one. The glitch doesn’t appear to occur in my new save (and hopefully never will) but I also haven’t been playing as a landlord just to avoid it.

@cosmicexhaust Fingers crossed that it doesn't happen again.

I would keep regular backups, especially if using rental lots and mods/cc
