Frog not working in Bedrock Strait
In Bedrock Strait in Oasis Springs, the frog near the community garden zone is never selectable, even if I reset it with debug. I play with just a few packs activated and MCCC.

Please follow these steps to test your game on vanilla game with no mods/cc. MCCC is just as much a mod as anything else.
- Create a backup of your save game
- Move your mods folder to the desktop
- Delete the following files from your user folder.
- localthumbcache
- Any lastException Files
- Any LastCrash files.
- Test your save (you will loose all cc on the save but since you created a backup you can go back to that afterwards) and see if the same error occurs, then report back.
