Furniture fading away in front of me.

I started having this problem around when I updated my sims 4 game. The first time it happened I was in evergreen harbor using the residential lot with the crane. The table in the middle of the lot would randomly disappear over time. For example, I would replace it and it would stay untill I noticed it disappeared again. In that lot almost everything I placed would disappear at some point. I assumed, because the lot was so packed, it was some game mechanic. But I don't think it is. 

I tried researching a way to fix it, and it said that it happens when my sim leaves the lot. So I started saving before my sim left. At this point I didn't know if it was because my lot was so packed or a bug. I knew it was a bug when I moved somewhere else, in this lot my couch kept disappearing. Only the couch from what I know. I assumed it was the new expansion pack, but the same thing is happening when I sent my sim to college. In the dorm room both the computer, computer table, and couch will randomly disappear. (I have to use cheats to place it back). It's not untill right now, I witnessed the table fade away in front of my very eyes. So it's not when my sim leaves the lot. I'm so confused, I think it's because of the most recent update.
