Hello
When I Try to go onto my gallery it shows the names of the things on the gallery but the images are red crosses (img1)
and when i click on the things it says theyre corrupted and would i like to remove them (img2)
and when i press yes it brings me back onto the main gallery page but when i press yes something wierd happens (img3)
i dont have any mods and i tried repairing the game but it didnt help, thank you
Just tried all of those and it's still broken :(

Strange... I remember having that issue once, but it kind of fixed its self. I still don't know why it happened though.
So weird it seems like its fixed itself now, I've been trying everything for weeks!! Suddenly it's fine. No idea what the issue was either.
This happened a couple months ago as well but I just stopped playing because I had to start packing to move. I’m now in my new location and it’s still happening so it’s not my wifi. Removed mods and still the same. Cleared cache as well and did basically everything I could and it seems like it’s still happening. Anybody know any other way? It’s getting annoying.
This is happening to me constantly for the last three or so weeks, so not tied to the new game patches or expansion. It has happened across several different game folders including a new game folder generated just to troubleshoot the issue, so not just an old game folder or the presence or absence of mods. This appears to be an EA app issue rather than a game issue. It started after an EA app update that was mandatory. Also, even though it says I am offline, I can sometimes access all the gallery features, so I am obviously still online. Other times it says I must go online to access the exact same features. The app often stalls when trying to go back online. I usually have to quit everything and start over. Very annoying. Plus, I have my app set to automatically go back online if there is a failure, and it has never automatically connected, so that feature is not working. I am on a Mac, and I often need to use the Force Quit option to even quit the app. I have a fiber optic high speed, high volume internet connection with up to 900 mps (average above 500 mps over wi fi) and a 3-5 second ping. Obviously this is not an internet issue.
Every time I open the gallery most items are crossed out, including the ones I uploaded.
They're marked as corrupt.
I've tried opening the game with no mods and/or CC and still same thing.,
I've repaired the game, same thing still happens.
When I try to download something from the gallery, many items have a red X over them, and clicking on them shows 'file corrupted.' When I attempt to download an item, it says 'unable to.' I have also repaired my game, uninstalled my mods, and removed any existing items from my tray folder. Additionally, I deleted the local caches, but nothing seems to work.

is this only your own items or also from others ? You talk about the tray folder, so do you mean the items in your library or gallery ?
I have tried everything from removing all CC, resetting cache, repairing the game, to completely deleting and uninstalling the game, then reinstalling, however my gallery remains corrupt.
Every time I open the gallery, what is meant to be photos comes up as red crosses, and if I try to click on something, it alerts me that the lot/room/household is corrupt and asks if I would like to delete (which I can't because the build doesn't belong to me).
I have seen a dead result or 2 but this is a whole other level.
