Gallery is down

Hello! So lately, I've been having trouble with my gallery. It works when I place lots from My Library, but I keep getting a big red X when trying to place other players' creations in game. I have tried all possible solutions (including resetting my graphics card and playing without mods), but it still doesn't work. I don't know if players are having the same problem across the board or it might simply be my connection issues. I also heard about the next update that Sims is releasing, re: the Simology panel. Maybe it's the game under maintenance? Either way, is there anything I can do to remedy the problem, and I'm wondering if the bug is present for others since the new pack came out?
