As you have now mentioned that there's a pet (thank you, @SassiLassi !) please realize that the pet's first name could possibly be the issue, considering the warning you're getting about a disallowed first name. Can you please share what the pet's name is? I would like to test that pet name in my game to see if I get the error, like I did with the other names.

@SheriGRNipsey. I am so done with this particular family set up I have it saved and will just play for self just can not share on Gallery. Is it because you used the Alsina name and now I can't? I see you saved the characters individually? I tried to save with just Jace's name only and then with Willa only in description. Took out the dog name I tried various descriptions Nothing. I will screenshot the errors I get.
