Gallery

I have not been able to load anything to the gallery or to my library or on gallery. It comes up with an error which  I cant remember . It also takes very long to load my save to the gallery before I even try to put in in the gallery/library. I have taken all mods and cc out. I have repaired game and also put a new sims folder in my file.
