Game crashes when trying to use Vet items

Hello,

I am running on a Lenovo Legion I9 (2024ish) and I just had a major issue playing with my main sim family. I had a sick pet, so I just let my sims use the vet items to cure the pets right at home. This was working PRIOR to when I created a Rental household to keep my family together. It will not let me use the vet items at home due to there not being enough funds, but I don't own a small business. I have a residential rental lot. 

This is very similar to what others have experienced with the business and hobby pack. I don't have a small business though. Just a residential Rental Lot.  My game crashed when I was trying to use the surgery station and it said that I don't have enough business funds. I hope this is fixed soon. I created a residential rental to keep my dynasty family together but not in the same household. I guess for now, I will have to place a vet building to go to.  I do use mods, and Included my last exception text file just in case. The mods I have never caused this. (WW, and basement mods).
