Re: Weird pop up, please help!

I've received this error code 5x now. I first closed and tried to reload the game. I then exited the app and repaired the game and all the packs, etc. I tried to then open the game using the load game option instead of resume. Nothing is working. I don't have any mods. On a PC laptop. Picture of the error code attached.

    youngauthor05​  Please provide a lastexception if you're seeing one.  First, open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any exsiting lastexception files.  Load the game again, trigger the error, and look for a new LE.  If you find one, open the file, delete the first line of text, and attach it to a reply here; or you can copy the text and paste it into your reply.
