Game freezes when opening family tree
Whenever I click family tree my game freezes and I have to force quit. I have tried troubleshooting but nothing helps. Is anyone else having this problem

lilymy322 Yes, other people are having the issue. I've had it happen several times and a friend has had it happen a couple of times. It appears to be random somewhat. In my case, the family tree opens but nothing displays other than the background then the screen freezes forcing you to restart the computer. I am on PC and it started with the pre-R&L patch. For me, it was with a female spellcaster with only one parent in the household all three times but Idk if that makes any difference really.
What platform are you playing on? Do there seem to be any similarities between the times it has occurred for you?
