Game has been uncontrollable crashes and some other issues

I played sims early yesterday for it to crash so i decided to watch tv fast forward to later on that day as i loaded up the sims again i just got started to play and started to remodel the living room and in the mist of of doing so as soon as i reclicked household inventory my game crashes. I decided to put the controller down and watch tv again. And i wasn’t even on the game for that long it’s already taking almost 30 minutes just for the Sims 4 to launch on my xbox. But im also not the only one having crashing issues. Also there is few gameplay bug issues. The sims will freeze up but the time still keeps going. My infant has been lagging trying to hit certain milestones. The infant was also having difficulty reaching certain milestones without reaching a different one. Also i keep having to set a certain door “as the front door” multiple times like i mean muuuuuuuuultiple times. And my sims head randomly became a mailbox too. (The mailbox head i did fix myself) im attaching screenshots of a group im in on FB with other people who sim like i do and they are also experiencing crashes and other issues.
