Game Keeps Replaying Sound Effect

Hi, so on this one save since last night it has been replaying the sound effect in the link attached below. I have since restarted the game, but it seems to have done nothing. It is not doing this in any of my other saves, and I do play with mods/cc that have all been updated since this latest update. I have never had this issue before.

    Hey ! 

    I have the same issue as you! I just resolved it now, it turns out its one of my mods "FairiesVsWitches" I don't know if you used it as i can see your message is 2 months old. I hope you figured it out :)

    how did you fix it? I updated the mod and it's still repeating.

    How did you fix this problem? I also updated and I am still experiencing this glitch? It even happens in cas 😭
