Game not loading - Vista Hermosa
I am having the same issue. I have tested with and without the cc and the issue persists. I have started new saves without the cc and they have done the same thing as well.

@shaelovell I split your post as endless loading can have so many reasons.
Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.
If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.
Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.

@crinrict I've been having this same exact problem, and have been finding lots of separate posts about people having problems specifically with lots in Vista Hermosa!! Even with no mods, every lot in that neighborhood gets stuck on an infinite loading screen, and I can't build from the world view either. Would you maybe be able to take a look at my save file sometime? Maybe it could help everyone else dealing with this weirdly niche issue! And would be super appreciated.

Do you have any lastExceptions you could post as asked above ?@crinrictSadly I haven't been able to trigger any or I would have uploaded. No matter what I do I can't get a last exception, and I am unable to load ANY lot in that neighborhood without an infinite loading screen, and if I play a family in the neighboring area, they are unable to travel to those lots. Sorry I can't be more helpful. ): I understand if it's better to wait a while until after the pack release. Let me know what you think I should do! And thank you very much for your help.
