Game not loading

After pressing play button to open game after launching game, loading screen appears but then diverts to worlds homescreen. When click on household or individual and press play, diverts back to worlds homescreen and does not load household.

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
