game not loading

After I updated to the most recent update (4/28/26), my game does not load past the world screen. I click on the household I wanna play, it loads, and then it goes back to the world screen.

Then if I try to build, I get this error notification saying "The game failed to load. Error Code: 122:dd7d01fa:a19cece8. It is recommended that you relaunch the game." 

I relaunch the game, and it still does not work. I play with mods and ccs. Please help!
