Game not opening

When I properly close the app and come back the “save becomes corrupted” and will not open the whole app it starts to load then says it took too long or cannot open at the moment and I have to delete the app and redownload and hope my last save saved. This has been happening since last year I delete the game try again it doesn’t work I try everything google suggests and nothing helps.
