he Sims 4 won’t load – stuck on blue screen / white world map after logout
Hello, After being logged out of my EA account, The Sims 4 no longer loads correctly. The game gets stuck on the blue loading screen with the green plumbob. Sometimes it returns to the “Select Family” screen, and in other cases the world map does not load at all and appears completely white. I have already tried the following without success: * Repairing the game * Uninstalling and reinstalling the game * Clearing cache (cache, cachestr, onlinethumbnailcache) * Resetting the user folder * Removing all Mods/CC * Running EA App and the game as administrator EA Support has confirmed there are no known ongoing issues and has reported this as a bug, but the problem remains on my end. Has anyone else experienced this, or found a solution? Thank you.
Household not loading (Del Sol Valley 64 x 64)
I have been having this issue for quite some time. I have one specific household in Del Sol Valley that has an infinite load screen every time i try to play. It is in the 64 by 64 lot, and so far I've downloaded 2 different lots from the gallery and have gotten the same issue. This is the ONLY household I have this issue with. There has been times that I was able to get into the household but would get stuck when travelling to another lot. After reading some posts for help, I see that I do indeed have LastCrash, LastException, and LastUIException files in my Sims 4 folder. Not sure what to do next, i rather get advice than try something and make the situation worse. Pleeeeease Help!
Infinite Loading Screen after placing lots and going back to manage worlds
Hey guys, I searched the forum first and didn't see any issues that matched mine so here i am, please let me know if there is a forum with this issue already that i didn't see! ***I took out mods completely and I am still having the issue! So, whenever I place down a lot in manage worlds it places fine, but as soon as I hit manage worlds to go back out after placing, i get an infinite loading screen. My first assumption was of course mods. So I removed them all and tried again, still happening. So, it doesn't seem to be a mod issue, more of a game issue. Any ideas of a fix or anyone else having this issue?Stuck on loading screen
My game loads up fine and I can load into the game, however, when I try to manage worlds, switch sim control, or have my sim go back home it always gets stuck in the loading screen. I have deleted all mods and scripts and it still does it. Downloading a conflict thing for the mods and cc and nothing is out of date or corrupted. I reinstalled sims and it still does it and I tried repairing it and I have restarted my computer. Nothing is working.Infinite loading after build
After building the Barton Creek Lot in TH-Intetrior, I get stuck in an infinite loading loop when trying to return to world management. I tried a 50/50 approach but couldn't pinpoint the cause. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? If anyone knows the cause, please let me know.Create-A-Sim Error
For whatever reason, in create a sim I could not create more than 3 sims. It also would not allow me to create a male sim. When I would try to switch the sex to "Male" there would be no sim, just a shadow, but if I switched it back to "female" the sim would appear. This has been consistent for a couple weeks of trying to play and I was unable to save my sims to my gallery. It said saved but when I would go check they wouldn't be there.
