Game doesn't start
I was redirected to this thread, and forgive me if it's not the good one, I'm not fluent in english, so I'll do my best. So I have the following problem : the game won't even start. I play with steam. I tried to play without mods, but I'll sent my folder with mods, because that's how I like to play... By the way, I have an error message from EA app when I try launching the game. I'll put a screenshot on here too, it's in french but says it comes from an error from EA's side... Yesterday, my hours of game in the app were 0. Today, I have at least my hours that show up, and it doesn't say that I have no content as yesterday... But here are to answer your other questions : I tried updating my PC, I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. I tried to delete all mods. I'm playing on windows. I can't start a new file, as the game doesn't even launch, as many players have said they had the same problem... Before the update, the game had no problem on my side by the way. I put in a screenshots all the LastException I had, but there's no LastCrash file... I'll dm you the link. Thank you in advance !
Sims 4 Won’t Enter Live Mode – Returns to World Select Screen
Hey EA team and fellow Simmers, I’ve been unable to play The Sims 4 for the past month or two due to a frustrating issue. I’m on PC, and while the game loads to the main menu just fine, it won’t let me enter Live Mode. When I select an existing household, the game begins loading as if everything is normal—but then it bounces me right back to the world/household selection screen. I’ve tried creating a brand-new Sim, and although I can go through CAS and place them in a lot, the same thing happens: the game refuses to enter Live Mode. I do use mods, but I’ve tested this with all mods removed and the issue still persists. I’ve also repaired the game through the EA app, but no change. This has made the game completely unplayable, and I’d really appreciate any help or insight. Thanks in advance![RoM] Can't load magic realm
Since the most recent patch, I am unable to travel to the main menu on my main legacy save. I have removed all mods, tried reinstalling mods one by one, still having the same issue. Tried repairing my game. Tried every solution I've had given to me. I made a new save and I could load it on there but not my main legacy save. Pretty disappointing as it's an occult-heavy save where I use the magic realm a lot. I saw in the recent official EA statement that some people are having an issue where they can't load lots downloaded from the gallery. I thought maybe it was that, but I'm able to load other gallery lots.Broken game since august 19th update
After I updated the game and launched it I lost of my saved slots I had to delete the game to re gain access to my saves but when I installed it it only shows the start us screen and then it doesn't allow me to click on anything my mouse just keeps loading and I can't even exit the game and I have to force quit it please solve this issueStuck at the loading screen
When I try to play my saves, I am stuck at the first loading screen. I can play new save files until I go to manage worlds 2 times. On the second, I will be stuck at the screen again. The music that indicates that my save is loaded plays but I am stuck. I tried going back to my home screen and going back as well as having my laptop in sleep mode and then opening the game again (I also tried restoring the game and moving my the sims 4 file from electronic arts file to my main screen and creating a new one in that file. It still doesnt work) I tried these methods 2 times each with/without modsStill a forever loading screen/crashing back to map screen after repairing
Hello! So yesterday in my game I tried to click on a household to play and it kept crashing back to the map screen. I made the whole sims file labeled old and just let everything reset by repairing and absolutely no mods. After doing that I got to CAS and once I left CAS to the map screen I clicked on a lot to live on and then the forever loading screen happened.

My game is doing the same it is very frustrating; I've tried to uninstall and reinstall, repaired the game multiple times, deleted mods, started new games and tried older saves and still getting the same result of not being able to load a lot. I can't even add lots to any of the worlds or save anything without the game saying saving isn't an option. They really need to fix this I'm not sure what they are doing but these updates lately have done nothing but cause issues. EA you need to do better it's becoming a joke and turning me off the game which I hate because I love sims 4 when it works 😟
