Endless Loading Screen
After placing a 64x64 house from the gallery I tired to move my sim in had an endless loading screen. I went back to the house saved it in my gallery and replaced it. Still and endless loading screen. I tried to go into the lot and bulldoze it. Once I did I went back to manage worlds and once again endless loading screen. So now I can’t even use the lot. Please help how do I fix this so I can actually use the lot again. I have no mods or CC installed.Sims 4 not playable after the royalty and legacy expansion
Since purchasing the Sims 4 royalty and legacy expansion pack, my Sims 4 no longer functions. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled it, cleared the cache, deleted all my game saves, and I'm now playing on the lowest graphics settings, yet my game still freezes constantly. This is extremely frustrating because this game is so expensive with all the expansions, and now it has been rendered unplayable. I have now placed all my hopes in the new patch from February 19, 2026 (7.1 GB), but the problem has not been fixed. It is frustrating. I play without mods or CC. I play on PC with the EA App. I just want to play my 100 Baby Challenge :'( XDEndless loading on specific household
After the new family tree update my sims haven't been able to load. Yes I do have mods on but I made sure to update all of them I even went back and one by one replaced all of the old ones. But I still can't get through the second loading screen to play my family, like I'll click on my household to play a specific sim it take me to the loading screen forever even after playing the little sound cue that plays after successfully loading granting playing access. I can not get my game to load ANYTHING. I can open it and get as far as selecting a household, but can't even get to the select a lot screen without the game entirely stopping to endlessly load. tried starting a new save, deleting all mods, completely deleting and redownloading the entire game, and even deleting and redowloading EA as a last ditch effort, but nothing worked at all. I have not found anything that has worked and this issue has been going on for over a week now.
My sims child aged up weirdly and game crashed
Hiya! My sims child just aged up to teen but the problem is she grew into a “skinny freakish child” instead, which was really weird and I thought the game had just made her super super thin which happens quite a lot lol, then I went into CAS to tweak her appearance. The other people in the household weren’t able to click on and I could only do one sim. Which I thought was weird so I exited cas to go back and try again. However it took me to the loading screen of doom and well yeah basically aging up my kid crashed the game. Btw like a minute earlier I aged up my teen to a young adult. No issues occurred there everything went smoothly. After the most recent update there have been many issues like this one and bugs. For example the high school system is really bugged. My sims don’t get to go to prom; the pop up fro the pre party comes but never ends once I go and is also not an event and prom doesn’t exist now, which is really frustrating, same with graduation and making promposal signs or asking sims to prom etc.. I really hope this is sorted as I love the game so much, and this is really sad. Thank you :)
Critical issue: Save lost and game stuck on white screen
After the latest The Sims 4 update I started having serious issues. First I got an error related to the **bleep** mod, so I removed it and the game worked fine. The next day I opened the game and my save file had completely disappeared. I checked Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Saves and other folders but the save is gone. Now the game freezes on the loading screen, shows a white screen, and I cannot reach the main menu. The game is unplayable and I lost all progress. Please investigate this issue and advise if my save can be recovered.Game never loads
Since the update a few days ago, once I enter my game it will not let me enter cas, build mode, or go to any other lots. It also wont save. It says "game loading in progress". I literally left my game running for an hour and came back and it was still loading. Ive tried deleting mods but it still doesnt work. Ive gotten the newest "patch" since the update but it isn't helping.Stuck on loading screen
Hey, this is honestly my last resort so if anyone knows how to help please do. My game is stuck on the loading screen when I try and play a save. I have removed mods, re started my computer, waited a day, tried going through my saves thing and before it can get to the household it gets stuck on the loading plumbob. What else can I do?!?!?
