Gardening collection - 3 missing unknown items

Hey all,  I started a supersim challenge and it has taken much longer than I thought (complete all careers, all social events with gold, all skills, all aspirations and the hardest one, all collections) without using any cheats (only a few aspirations needed cheats as it was either broke/bugged or simply not possible), I'm about 95% done and just a few final things left.   For one of the collections, I'm missing 3 items and despite thorough searching (really thorough, can just not find anything online) I'm hoping someone would be able to inform me which gardening items I'm missing:

1 x Uncommon item (between Huckleberry and Lemon on list) - it looks like a root

1 x Rare item (between Mushroom and Nightly Mushroom) - ironically, looks like a mushroom

1 x Common item (between Snow Drop and Spicy Mushroom) - it looks like a Bean or Pea

    41ef8868dd8ca64c​  You can find those three:

    1 - Kava - From Island Living.  Buy from vending machine in Sulani or harvest from plant.  Sometimes available at Gardening Shop in Finchwick.  

    2 - Mysterious Mushroom - From Cottage Living.  Cannot be bought or found.  Have to do errands for Agnes and Agatha.  One or the other will eventually give you one as part of the reward.  Also, a long shot, but dust bunnies occasionally give you one, but it is really hit and miss.  Or use the cheat to get all 6 mushrooms.

    3- Soy Bean - From Eco Lifestyle.  Harvest in any zone in Evergreen Harbor.  Each zone has at least 2 bushes.  Sometimes available at Gardening Shop in Finchwick.
