General Feedback - NPC autonomy issues

Hello everyone, 

I would like to give a feedback about the main issues, accoding to me, on sims 4.

This game is aboslutely amazing but I still have the feeling that some things could be better or change to be really perfect. 

I'm specially thinking about the NPC autonomy. After my first family generation, the NPC are most of them jobless, single, no diploma, no family or kids, only full of dogs and cats. And it's really ok but when it's happen in all of the cities it's not really realistic or fun to me. I have to create them a life by myself but it takes a lot of time and it's not so fun after doing it, it's not the same. I miss the NPC autonomy from sims 3.

Futhermore, the fact that NPC could die in accident are really nice but maybe it's happen too much, I had a lot of families with 2/3 person deads and the kids finish alone. 

I love the fact that recently had more NPC interaction, they call you more, invite you more. I wish they will increase that and the the top of it would be that NPC ask us to go to a party on their house as it was in sims 3.

Another big thing for me it's the life duration. I have the feelings that calculations are wrong. If you dont have babies really quick as young adult, the grandparents won't meet them more than toddler age and i'ts kinda weird.
