Generation Expansion Pack Recommendation

I don't know if this is the right place to post this but, here it goes. I love to play the sims to build family trees, it's basically main motivation to play. I also play crusader kings 3 for this reason. The problem is that once you have so many sims the game starts to delete old characters. I would love the ability to grow the family tree more and also have the ability to inherit traits and have positive inheritable traits and negative. Additionally, maybe give the sims a retirement community or home to move the older sims into. I feel like late game play is nearly pointless and I find myself just ignoring them. What do you think?

    I've said before here that I would love more for my elder Sims to do and I stand by that. I usually move in retired grandma and grandpa to help out with the kids with new parents and have them pursue creative hobbies, but I would love for them to be able to volunteer, like teens can.

    Absolutely. I understand it’s probably a lot for the game to handle but I’d play way more if I had a reason to keep playing the same family and create like their heritage and what not. I have so many ideas I could add to this. EA HIRE ME haha
