Glitching and Disappearing Control Panel

Everytime I load into my game the control panel is either glitching or missing entirely. If it does display - it'll grey out the sims and make it unable to play them. If it doesn't display - I can't even open settings or anything. I have to hard reset my computer to get out of the game. I have no mods, I deleted the localthumbcache folder, and I tried to repair the game on the EA app. Nothing has fixed it.

    could you post some pics of your GUI ?

    Do you have any LastUIException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    - Delete the ones you have
    - Trigger the error again
    - Check if new ones are created
    - If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.


    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
