glitching when using free cam

Hi, I've been having this issue when I use the video camera, whenever I move or zoom in the sims/walls/objects etc., clip and or straight dissapear.

This has been happening before the recent update. I completely uninstalled and reinstalled, repaired my game several times. Removed all mods, and saves/tray, completely deleted the Sims 4 folder contents, and its still happening. Also I had Reshade, but I uninstalled it as well. Any help is appreciated.

Edit: I realize the video is super tiny so I included photos one is normal and one is the issue.
