granite falls isnt showing up

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? i dont know
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Island living, Get famous, seasons, cats and dogs, city living, get together, get to work. Realm of magic, parenthood, vampires, spa day, outdoor retreat. My first pet stuff, laundry day, backyard, spooky, perfect patio.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? probably cant.
What happens when the bug occurs? I bought outdoor retreat and the world/ destination thats supposed to show up (granite falls) isn't there.
What do you expect to see? iknsvovl
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I bought the outdoor retreat pack and all of the other things clothing ect. is there but granite falls is not. I downloaded/bought it 2 days ago and wanted to play. I've reloaded the game and removed my mods once and it still did not show up and origin didn't tell me their email so here i am :/

    @bellabdc Did you click on the vacation world icon in the top left? They show up in their own section, not with the regular worlds, when viewing from Manage Worlds.

    In live gameplay, your sims can only visit it by taking a vacation.

    What is your current game version number? 1.23.61.2300 (64 Bit)
    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Island Living, Vampires, Jungle Adventure, Strangerville, Realm of Magic, Vintage Glamour, Holiday
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Put the world in the game
    What happens when the bug occurs? I have all of the Sims stuff for my sim but when I go to pick a world the Selvadorada world isn’t there.
    What do you expect to see? The Selvadorada world
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    I’ve already tried restarting my console and the game itself. I don’t have the disc I just bought it online, don’t know if that makes a difference or not.

    @Anx10usTurt13

    The world isn't on the main  map. You have to travel there by phone.

    To edit, you have to click on the little sun icon. There you will see the travel worlds.
